There was nothing I didn't like.

Celebrating New Year's at this hotel was a great idea! I loved the location, which was close to all the main attractions and shops. The breakfast spread was delicious, especially the traditional south Indian dishes. I also enjoyed the spacious room with a comfortable sitting area, perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

The flush was not working in both rooms, and in one of them, the geyser was also out of order. the room service was slow, and we had to remind them multiple times.

We had a great stay. Best aspects were the convenient location, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast with local cuisine. The hotel was clean and had adequate facilities. There was free parking available and transportation was easily accessible.

Poor Maintenance and Slow room service there were a couple of negative aspects that need to be addressed. the maintenance of the hotel needs to be improved as the bathroom flush wasn't working properly, which caused some discomfort.
